NewsHound, v1.33

****************** Release Notes ******************
****************** ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ******************

If you're upgrading from a version prior to 1.22, you should note that the
Rulefile format has changed slightly. Matching on fields is not case
insensitive anymore - lower case now matches anything, and upper only
upper.

To retain the same effect as previous versions of NewsHound, you should
make sure all your rules are written in LOWER case.

**** Version 1.32 ****

NEW - NewsHound can execute a command at the end of fetches.
      (Example of playing a sample included)

See !NewsHound.Docs.History for a full list of changes.

Upgrading
~~~~~~~~~
a) Transport:
  Run !InstTrans to update the transport definition. (you don't need to
    copy it out of the archive first).
  NB. If you manually installed the newsbase transport anywhere other than
      !NewsDir.newsbase.transports, delete it!
b) NewsHound:
  Just drag !NewsHound out of the archive over the top of your main copy.
  It contains no config files, it will not wipe your current settings.
