What is QuikBoot?

QuikBoot is a program which loads the !Boot file inside programs. I got
the idea from Acorn User May 1996, in the Software Requests section, so I
decided to make up this program.

What are !Boot files?

!Boot files are always loaded up when you enter a directory. They do
things such as load the sprites, set up variables etc.

How to use QuikBoot

To start off with, load !QuikBoot. An icon will appear on the icon bar.
You may now drag an application, directory or archive onto this icon, and
the !Boot file(s) will be loaded. If 'Recurse' is on (in the QuikBoot menu),
then !Boot files which are also in other places in the app/dir will also be
loaded. It will even look inside ArcFs Archives!

Options Settings

The 'Recurse' setting is when !Boot files in sub-directories will be
loaded as well as those in the root of the app/dir. If this is on, then this
is done.

The 'Allow Stopping' option allows you to press SPACE whilst QuikBoot
is booting applications to stop it.

    'Save Settings' will...er...save your settings!
