To use this program you should get the colours and height data
from a original PC Comanche. They are usually named C1/DTA ...
C4/DTA for the colour data and D1/DTA ... D4/DTA for the height
data. Copy them into the !Comanche application and input
their names if you are asked by the program.

By the way: you can view these data as normal PCX pictures
using !ChangeFSI if you replace the first eight bytes by
0A 05 01 08 00 00 00 00.

This program should run on a normal RiscPC. Strongarm owner can
use the best quality, owner of Arm710 or Arm610 should perhaps
alter the !Run file to chose a lower quality.

QHigh is 320*256 pixels
QLow is 160*256 pixels (normal Comanche resolution)
QVeryLow is 80*256 pixels (low Comanche resolution)

An Strongarm RiscPC should achieve about 35 fps in the highest
resolution, an Arm610 about 10fps in mid resolution.

Controls:

Cursor keys for speed and direction
PgUp/PgDown for height
