Help file for MakeScript - Backdrop script file generator for MegaBaord
  =======================================================================

This file explains how to use !MakeScrpt to create the script file necessary
to use cycled Backdrops wth MegaBoard.

Use
---
Double clicking on the !MakeScrpt application opens a window prompting you to
drag a directory to it. The directory should contain all sprites and/or
drawfiles intended to be used in the backdrop cycle, it dos not matter,
however if you decide to add additional files later, they can be copied into
the directory while MakeScript is running.
When the directory has been dragged, a window similar to MegaBoard's Backdrop
creation window will appear. This window can be used to configure all the
characteristics of a backdrop in the cycle, including the backdround colour
and the length of time it will be displayed, as well as horizontal and
vertical positioning.

Selecting a backdrop picture:
A backdrop picture is selected by dragging its file from the directory viewer
to the appropriately marked icon in the MakeScript window. The filename will
then be displayed in the 'filename' icon. Dragging another file to the icon
will replace the existing one, clicking on 'Remove' will delete any filename
that may be present.
Note: The file must be in the directory initially dragged to MakeScript, if
it is not it must first be copied into this directory.
A script file entry need not necessarily contain a filename, if it
doesn't no backdrop picture will be displayed, but the colour will be
changed. should an entry contain neither a filename nor a colur
specification it will be automatiaclly removed by MakeScript.

Selecting a position:
The position, at which the backdrop picture will be displayed is set by
selecting a set of icons identical to those in MegaBoard's backdrop creation
window, see the MegaBoard guide for details.

Specifying a backdrop colour:
Clicking on the 'Colour' icon will bring up a standard colour picker, from
which a backdrop colour can be selected. Selecting 'None' will presverve the
colour of the previous backdrop.

Setting the length of time the backdrop will be displayed:
The 'Display time' writable icon specifies the length of time a backdrop in
the cycle will be displayed in seconds it can be altered by clicking Select
over the icon and editing the number.

Once all the details of a backdrop have been entered a click with Select on
the right arrow next to the 'Backdrop number' icon allows details of the next
backdrop to be entered in the same way.

Having entered the details of all backdrops in the cycle click on 'Create
script' to save the script file. The directory can now be used as a MegaBoard
backdrop as if it were a sprite or DrawFile.
