Description:

TemplEd is a window template editor.  Some of its features are:

* Icons and Windows are edited from a dialogue window; flags, colours, button
types etc. are set by clicking on buttons in the dialogue window, the update is
made when you click on an "action" button.

* Moving, editing, copying and deleting of selections (multiple icons)
is possible.

* Icon coordinates can be locked to a grid.

* Icons can be moved to other template windows.

* "Icon info" window shows number, position and size of the icon that
the pointer is over.

* "Statistics" window shows the amount of memory that the templates would need
when used in a program.

* Icons can be aligned and spaced out (as in DrawPlus).

* Window can be moved and resized directly, even if they don't have a title bar
or scroll bars.

* Supports the use of outline fonts and the Interface module.
