Description:

BlankCtrl is a module which enables you to read the current screenblanker
status (blanked/unblanked), set the screenblank timer (so causing a
screenblank within a given time), force the screen to blank (under
program or mouse control) or force the screen to unblank (under
program control). It does this by reading/changing the ScreenBlanker
module workspace and will only work for RISC OS 3.11 screenblanker
(it checks the version number).

Version 1.10 now works on the RISC PC, and has support for other programs
which check the blank status by setting a WIMP PollWord.
