Description:

The SoftLinks application allows you to create files which are links to
other files.  The link file behaves exactly like the original (base) file
except that it takes very little disc space.  Deleting the link does not
delete the base file.  SoftLinks can create links with different access
levels: read-only, read-write, and read-write-overwrite.
