Description:

The '!Switch' set of utilities allow a user to specify a directory
containing lots of different images that they want to use as backdrops.
Each time that '!SwitchBak' is run, it searches a list of these images,
and displays the next image in the list as the backdrop.  ChangeFSI can
be used automatically to convert images not in Sprite format.  SwitchSet
is used to configure the backdrop set and the location of ChangeFSI.
