Zap is a desktop text editor with a multitude of features, including:

 * Display may be in text, byte or disassembly format.
 * Syntax coloured editing modes for C, Assembler and Basic.
 * All key short cuts and menus are user redefinable.

   search 'throwback' buffers.

 * COPY key causes standard cursor editing.
 * Fast redraw in system or anti-aliased fonts.
 * Any number of markers on each file, and a facility for following branches
   in disassembly mode.
