Description:

This program converts text from EBCDII to ISO
character format and vice versa. The standard
EBCDII/ISO mapping is used.  Characters which
cannot be mapped  may  be  replaced by either
the bullet ���, which  is the default, or one
of the  characters  ��*:.�  or � �, as EBCDII
and ISO both contain these characters.
