Short Description:

rs_hints.arc, contributed by Chris Poole <c.e.poole@iee.org.uk>, contains
a couple of files to help people who have problems with getting RiScript
to work.  There is a postscript program which fixes some of the bugs in
RiScript, plus a text file detailing some problems with trying to use
RiScript on Windows PS files.
