Short description:

Risc Tracker is a multi format music file player (yes, another one!) that can also play CDs too!

Obligetory features list:-

     * It can play Coconizer, Digital Symphony, Tracker, QTM, DXen, Matrix and Scream Tracker files
     * It plays audio CDs, even on difficult CD Rom drives (I hope!-)
     * It has easy to use CD player like controls
     * It can hold a list of tunes in memory, which it can play in a variety of ways, eg, repeat one track, shuffle, program, intro scan.
     * It can scan a directory for tunes that it can play
     * The filetypes that are recognised can be altered, so for example, if there is a filetype that QTM will play, and Risc Tracker doesn't know then you can add it
     * Memory for tracks can be allocated dynamically, even on pre-Risc PC machines, which helps reduce RMA fragmentation
     * A Small toolbar is available, to prevent the display being cluttered
     * Adjust click on the CDFS icon for a quick CD player. This feature can be enabled without having to load the full Risc Tracker program.
     * CD-Roms that contain music files can have a playlist associated with them, which will be auto loaded when they are inserted.
     * And much more....

NB: Scream Tracker files have to be converted, this is done in the background when you load a scream tracker file.

So, that's about it then. Even if you've got a favourite tracker player why not give it a go, and tell me what you think of it. (It's taken me about 3 years to get this far, I need to know if it's been worth it!)
