Description:

ORTEP III is the latest version of the Oak Ridge Thermal Ellipsoid Program,
written in Fortran77, it makes molecular diagram plots from an input file,
using the portable graphics package PGPlot for its drawing, Fonts and colour
table are included in this package.  This version is NOT a Desktop program.
It can write to the screen, a Sprite, or to a Postscript file using PGPlot.
Versions after 27 August 96 run on the StrongARM.
