Description:

Spotter contains an implementation of the NORAD SGP4 & SDP4 satellite orbit
models, in order to give visibility predictions for any orbiting object for
which NORAD two line elements are available. A recent set of elements is
included, along with information on obtaining updated sets in the future. 
Version 1.10 now features a real-time position display, with a map of the
world as the back drop.
