Short: Picture of MedusaTeam ShortName: MedusaTM.jpg On a not too wet day, towards the end of our development, we all ran outside Acorn House. Alastair set up his tripod on the other side of the lake, set his telephoto lens to get us all in, calculated the exposure (about 1/15th second), told us all to stand still, set his self timer and ran. Now, he's no David Bailey (you can tell) but we got the shot converted onto Photo-CD, and here it is. This shows just some of the people involved in the development of your computer. Many other colleagues were unable to join us, some of their names are listed elsewhere. Those that appear on the photograph are as follows: 09 14 17 03 07 11 19 21 02 05 08 12 01 04 06 10 13 16 18 22 15 20 01 Tony Sumner 02 Bernard Siddle 03 Andrew Diaper 04 Charles Whyte 05 Mike Challis 06 Jonathan Coxhead 07 Geoff Hitchen 08 David Lowdell 09 Mark Evans 10 Tim Dobson 11 Stephen Le Pla 12 Peter Watkinson 13 Charles Sturman 14 Jonathan Roach 15 Roger Sale 16 David Burling 17 Mark Taunton 18 Iain Shurwood 19 Alastair France 20 Matthew Cloke 21 Patrick Lewin 22 Alan Glover Photographers note: Getting the best results out of Photo-CD is just like getting good results from any colour film. A good sharp shot will work well on Photo-CD. This shot was far from ideal - it was taken from a distance on a long exposure using a telephoto lens in mediocre lighting conditions - and not using an ideal film either.
