Description:

INTERGIF 6 is a program for making GIF images from 2-, 4-, 16- or
256-colour RiscOS sprite files, or from files produced with Iota Software's
(commercial) animation program The Complete Animator. It can also
convert from GIFs back to sprites.
As far as I know, InterGif is the only program available for Acorn
computers -- freeware, commercial, or anyware -- that can make
animated GIFs. R-Comp's Web Designer's Toolkit can do it, but only
because it includes a copy of InterGif! (Respect to R-Comp, who asked me
before including it even though the licensing conditions allow them not to.) 

Version 4 of InterGif was included on the cover disc of January 1997's
Acorn User magazine. They said it was "quite useful"
