Short Description:

SerialDev is a collection of block drivers for serial ports.  Block drivers
allow terminal programs to access serial ports other than the standard
single internal port.  Currently at least ArcTerm7 and Hearsay have support
for block drivers.  Block drivers exist for the following serial interfaces:
* Internal
* Serial Port Dual Serial
* Intelligent Interfaces Dual
* Econet
* PipeA and PipeB (multiple-port pipes for inter-application transfer)
